.Repair Tech Line:
- Dealer repair requests handling by means of N-Fit (TL1, Nissan software)
- Response, advise and Support to dealers on difficult repair cases in order to get those solved promptly
- Provide support to dealers in difficult repair cases at a spot ("Flying Doctor")
- Update, translation and distribution of related bulletins (product, quality, tools etc)
- Issue product quality Technical Reports
- Operate with all related IT systems
- Prepare report for any inquiries from Headquarter
- Assistance to headquarter representative on technical issues
- Communication with TCS (Technical Center)
Technical Training:
- Prepare Technical Training annual plan
- Monitor dealer technical staff rotation
- Conducting technical training to the related dealer staff
- Improve training activity and training materials adaptation to market requirements
- Prepare and deliver new model training
- Budgeting in the area
- Training flow related bookkeeping documents lurking
- Make initial control on fiscal budget figure in the related area (expenses controlling)
- Replacing Parts Techliner while his vacation / sick leave
- Reporting (preparation of reports required, developing of report templates based on management request, reporting timely)
- Other responsibilities fulfillment upon request of direct Manager
Additional tasks and responsibilities (including team management if any):
- Support of Legal and Customer Quality departments & Hotline requests
- Propose budgeting items in the area timely in order to be foreseen in the department annual budget
- Quality control of the preparation and accuracy of the documents for signature
- Control developing and execution of contracts and payments connected to the area
- Supervising on a projects required to be realized within the area of responsibility
- Administration on the subject related items (payment related e.g. ProRex; contracts etc)
- Assure compliance of tasks fulfilled with the related company policies and procedures
KPIs:
- Repair Techline KPIs (e.g. response time; solution time; satisfaction rate etc); follow training plan; expense level.
